The multi-award winning Chibebe Snuggle Pod baby bean bag is a cleverly designed seating solution that is designed to relieve reflux and flat head symptoms in newborns, and grows with baby, thanks to the swappable baby and toddler seat tops, which means your child gets to enjoy the pod right through to their pre-teen years! How To Fill the Pod
About 10,265 beans, to be exact! But to save time counting, we recommend filling with approx. 65lt of beans.
The Snuggle Pod is designed for babies and children to take in their surroundings and daily activities. Overfilling the Snuggle Pod can make the surface too flat. You should be able to arrange the bean bag so it can be squished into a seat shape with a higher back for your baby or child to sit up or lay down at an angle.
If the baby is able to sit up independently or is too big for the harness overall, you can switch to the optional toddler/child seat without the harness.

Return Policy
MANUFACTURER WARRANTY
We have a one-year manufacturer warranty on our products. It is at the discretion of Chibebe® if the reported item(s) is a manufacturer's fault.
You are entitled to a replacement, credit, or refund where products have a significant failure, such as:
• When it is faulty
• Wrongly described*
• Different from a sample shown to you
*excluding colors, as actual product colors may vary from images.
'CHANGE OF MIND' POLICY
We also have a 30-day 'change of mind' policy, where we will refund or exchange your non-sale item(s) for a different color within the same product range. You will be responsible for all shipment costs in this case. Please note bean filling is not eligible for return.
Meeting these criteria for a 'change of mind' return would be best.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR SHIPPING FOR A RETURNED ITEM(S)?
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for all shipping charges for returns/exchanges.
• For faulty items, we will cover shipment costs after confirming a legitimate fault by inspection on receipt of the item(s). You must send a postage receipt with your returned item(s) to be eligible to receive this refund.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM(S)?
• After confirming that you meet the criteria above, go here to initiate your return
• You will get a reply within two business days requesting more details. You may be asked to supply pictures to support your claim before sending the item(s) back to us with a claim number provided. Do not send the item back until you have this claim number.
• We will work hard to resolve the issue fairly and swiftly, making the process easy for you.
HOW SOON DO I GET MY REFUND?
• Once your item(s) is returned and inspected, we will send you an email with the outcome of our decision.
• If you are approved for a refund, it will be processed, and the approved credit amount will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 14 business days.
NOTE: All return requests for refund or exchange are at the discretion of Chibebe®, and decisions are final.

My little one loves to lounge in her bean bag. She relaxes and is able to rock herself. I will say we needed more filling than expected, but this bean bag has definitely been a great purchase. I love the zipper blanket add on. She’ll be able to use this bean bag for years as she gets bigger.
I bought this for my daughter, she has a 3 month old girl who is very finicky! She doesn’t enjoy being put down, but she LOVES her snuggle pod! This has been an absolute life saver for her with having two kiddos 10.5 months apart!
We have a handful of different chairs and swings for our 2 month that he wasn’t crazy about or would only last about 5 minutes in before screaming to get out! I ordered the Chibebe from a social media ad after seeing all the cute happy babies lounging in them! BIG win for our baby, he LOVES it and enjoys lounging in it!
I was looking for something baby girl could sit in due to her being a preemie. None of the chairs I bought or borrowed really worked due to her being so small. But she loves her Chibebe chair and it doesn’t swallow her like the other chairs. Just waiting for the rocker bottom to come in so she will enjoy it even more!
My baby was born early and has been too small for most seats and carriers. This works perfectly and he feels snug and secure. I can also easily take it from room to room to give me two free hands.
I was looking for something to put my newborn in while I pump that was lightweight and compact. I came across the Chibebe Snuggle Pod with the rocker and knew it would be perfect. It gives me a place to put him to be comfortable and close by while I’m tethered to the pump and if he fusses I can rock him with my foot. Another great thing is it can evolve with him as he grows so I’m not getting something that I can only use short term. It’s also super easy to clean, which is great in a house with 3 boys and 2 dogs. I highly recommend the Snuggle Pod!
This has been the best thing we have bought for Miss Presley! She is our first granddaughter and so far this has been the best investment! High quality material, love how it will grow with her and she will be able to take it with her pretty much anywhere.
My twin granddaughters love their snuggle pods. This has been a lifesaver for their mommy as it is something that they will actually sit in and be occupied for a time so that she doesn’t have to hold them both all the time. It also helps tremendously with their acid reflux.
We love this Chibebe chair. Our little has horrible reflux and she loves seating and looking around in it. Great quality.
My baby has not used this very much yet, but if assembled following the suggestions it’s pretty easy- just time consuming because the beans like to stick to everything! So be ready with a space you can work on filling without worrying about it going everywhere. it seems very well made and easy to adjust as needed, not to mention very cute!! It’s awesome that it is something he can grow with, and supports him well. It will be nice to have something cozy for him to hang out in!!
We love our ChiBebe so much that I bought one as a baby gift for my boss and managing broker as well! Things that are great about it: it has the zippered interchangeable seats for easy cleaning and to swap out from the one with the harness to the one with the regular seat; it has a tear dropped shape where there is a bit of a peak near where the baby is placed so that you can maneuver the seat to either be more inclined or less; and the zippers have locks that help to keep them in place, preventing them from accidental opening.
We love our ChiBebe and know you will too!!!! It is a genius design!

I can’t find the beads anywhere and I can’t order just the beads from y’all. Now I have a seat just useless without the beads
I use mostly for morning school rush. I know I can place our little one in a safe spot and they are happy looking around to whats going on and keeps me hands free.
We even have the rocker for the evenings when we are watching a movie as a family.
He seems very comfortable on this snuggle pod! I am sure he loves it! :)
But I took off one star because it took so long for the delivery
My little one has laryngomalacia (floppy larynx) and absolutely loves her snuggle pod! We purchased the rocker as well, which is worthwhile for the versatility. Bub is very happy and contented in it, and it's so great to have a comfy place to put her down! Love the sprinkles design too ?? So excited that this cosy seat will last her for years to come.
