Although highly unlikely, there may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us, or exchange it for a different design. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under Consumer Law.
WHAT IS THE CHIBEBE LIMITED WARRANTY?
You are entitled to a replacement, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:
• When it is faulty
• Wrongly described
• Different from a sample shown to you; or
• Do not do what they are supposed to do
Chibebe warranty lasts for 12 months from date of purchase.
Purchases made through physical or online stores other than this website, must provide proof of purchase to be eligible for the Chibebe Limited Warranty coverage.
We are not able to offer a refund or replacement for bean filling, as they are purchased by us through a 3rd party entity and delivered to you through them. We are not responsible for any damage or claims made in relation to the Snuggle Pod filling. Please refer to the filling manufacturer for this.
In other cases, a refund, replacement or repair may not be offered if you:
• Substantially modify the product;
• Misuse the product contrary to user instructions; or
• Simply change your mind.
EXCHANGES (Change Of Mind)
We are not required to replace your product if you change your mind. However, if you are not happy with your product, we may, at our discretion, decide to exchange it, providing the product is;
• Returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and unwashed;
• Includes all parts, including unused gift bag & gift card, etc;
• Must be in the exact same sellable condition that you received it in.
For purchases made via this website only, we will pay for return freight for any product assessed as having a genuine, major defect after we receive it, and only if a postage receipt is included with the returned item.
Where a refund is to be made for orders placed online at Chibebe.com, we will only credit the account from which the original payment was debited. Where this is no longer available, you will receive store credit. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in to your account after a refund has been approved.
