The prices within the online store DO NOT include any custom charges that may be incurred upon delivery. Customs duties or international tariffs, may be payable on receipt at the delivery address for some international orders. These fees will be the responsibility of the customer to pay, and chibebe.com does not collect any of these charges or fees.
REASONS FOR SHIPMENT DELAYS
Chibebe.com does it's best to get your orders out as quickly as possible. We are not responsible for your package after it leaves our facility.
In some instances, there may be delay with your order. These may be, but are not limited to:
- Incorrect address has been entered in the shipping details when placing the order.
- The address had no-one to sign for the parcel, and "Authority to Leave" was not advised when placing the order.
- Incorrect credit card information was entered against the order. Please double check all details at the time of order as your order will only be shipped if payment is successful.
- Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention if we are unable to verify the shipping destination. Sometimes we will require personal detail verification before dispatching orders to protect the card holder, and this may delay shipping.
- If your order will be delayed for any reason we are aware of, we may contact you directly via phone or email to advise of the delay.
VIEW & TRACK ORDERS
All orders are dispatched from chibebe.com direct. Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email from chibebe.com containing your tracking number details. If you don't receive this email and would like to obtain your tracking number, please login to your account and view your order details, or contact us via our Contact Us form.
Please allow 12 hours for your parcel to register in the system before attempting to track your parcel.
